The St. Petersburg Bridge Club is a member-owned club serving bridge enthusiasts in the greater St. Petersburg area. We acquired our own permanent building (pictured above) in 2015 and have been expanding our membership, games, teaching and community service ever since. Our club has 6,500 square feet, with room for up to 70 tables for playing and teaching.

In 2020 we shut the doors for the duration of the coronavirus pandemic, but at the same time we moved quickly into the new online spaces for bridge that have become available. The club has one of the most active virtual playing spaces on Bridge Base Online and our bridge lessons, delivered through Zoom, draw hundreds of students to each class.

Since 2015 the club has published the Quick Reference Decks, now numbering six:  Welcome to Bridge, Basic Bridge, Intermediate Bridge Two-Over-One Toolkit, Doubles & Redoubles, and Guidelines for a Great Game (click here for more information).

We also publish the monthly Bridge Bulletin, an electronic magazine, and keep our members informed through weekly emails. We'd be happy to put you on the list to receive these. Just enter your email address in the "Subscribe" box below.

We are one of the oldest bridge clubs in Florida, growing from a small bridge club in the 1920s located at the famed St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club, to one of the largest in the state. Bridge is a great game and we're proud of the contributions we have made to it, from our earliest days to our present leadership.
